Online Shopping Is The Future

If you don’t have kids you probably think going to the supermarket is a necessary but pretty boring job on your to do list. You don’t know how lucky you are. Enjoy it, the peaceful browsing of the aisles where your biggest problem is the old lady who takes too long to choose what yoghurt she wants. Sometimes Being A Working Mum Is Crap!

When I was pregnant with O I always pictured myself going back to work. I honestly thought after 10 months at home I’d be ready to go back. What I didn’t account for was quite how much I’d love the whole mummy thing. I loved the baby classes and meeting up with friends and being the main carer for my little boy. Luxuries You Never Knew You Had!

Before having Little O I took a lot for granted. I thought I knew how my life would change when I had children but nothing quite prepares you for the change to pretty much every aspect of your life. So funny when he’s telling them off, “no no uh oh!” “Inky” means water. I think this…

On Saturday we hosted our very first children’s party as my little boy turned 2. It was one of the most nerve wracking events of my life so far, far more than when I got married. You generally know what to expect at a wedding and adults will usually behave in a reasonable manner. Kids parties were an unknown quantity. Well, we survived and I’m thinking of making myself a badge to wear with pride, “I’ve survived a Children’s party!” So after the past manic week this is what I’ve learnt about children’s parties: 1. Bouncy castles are worth their…
