Christmas Sparkle with Happiness Boutique

I have a small confession to make, I love clothes, and I love new clothes.  I have a terrible habit of buying something new whenever I have an occasion coming up instead of re-using what is already in my wardrobe.  I made a promise to myself in November that I wouldn’t buy anything new.  There were a few reasons for this: I’ve almost lost all my baby weight and want to wait until I’ve lost those few extra pounds before buying anything new.
