It’s a running joke between my husband and I about the state of his wardrobe.  He’s a man who thinks he’s being colourful if he’s wearing white.  The rest of his clothes are mostly blue, black or grey.  I have actually lost count of how many grey jumpers he owns.  Last Christmas I bought him a cardigan to add a splash of brightness, it went down like a lead balloon (and still remains in the bottom of my wardrobe as I missed the deadline to send it back). I’ve always been a fan of denim (who isn’t?) but recently it seems to have developed into something more.  Every time I go into a shop I’m drawn to the denim section.  I’m steering clear of jeans at the moment, my mum tum is not quite ready for those yet, and skirts can be a bit hit and miss as to how well they fit, but denim dresses, I just can’t get enough!  Maybe it’s because I’m on maternity leave and without having to look formal for work I’m embracing a more casual style. When I found out I was expecting our second child I was really excited to wear my maternity clothes again.  I had fond memories of my pregnancy wardrobe and was eager to retrieve the bag of clothes that had long been stashed in the back of the attic.
